Privacy Policy
This policy summarises how yakaindustries.com (KURGAN and Qube product pages, documents and the contact form) processes and protects personal data. A separate privacy policy and agreements apply to the Qube application itself.
This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. In short
- No account, name or email is needed to browse the site.
- The site uses no cookies; there are no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics tools.
- Cookieless, non-identifying Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used for visit statistics.
- Only what you enter in the contact form is stored, and only to respond to your request.
2. Contact form
Your submission is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on Supabase in a database table that only the server-side form function can write to and that cannot be read from outside. A summary is emailed to our team. Spam protection uses an invisible trap field, a minimum fill time and a rate limit based on the IP hash.
3. Security measures
- HTTPS and HSTS on every connection.
- Content Security Policy (CSP), framing and content-type protections.
- Row-level security on the form table; no read or direct write access from browsers.
- IP addresses are never stored in clear text.
4. What we don't share
Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing. Processors and legal grounds are listed in the KVKK notice.
5. External links
Email links open the email app on your device. PDF documents are served from this site; no external CDN or font service is called.
6. Children
The site is aimed at businesses; we do not knowingly collect personal data from people under 18.
7. Changes
When this policy changes, the current version is published on this page and the “Last updated” date changes.
