KURGAN
Your machine speaks. Qube listens.
Your machines produce data every second. KURGAN makes it heard for the first time. Stack light, part signal, spindle current, vibration and energy — all timestamped, all in Qube.
Listens.Never interferes.
KURGAN never touches the machine’s controller, never changes a program, and can’t stop or start the machine. It listens to signals that already exist — and tells Qube the rest.

Create a QR code
In Qube, go to Production › Machines & automation › Add IoT device. The code is valid for 30 minutes and works once.

Join the network
Connect your phone to the Qube-Kurulum-XXXX network. XXXX is the last four digits of the device’s MAC address.

Scan the QR code
In the portal that opens, tap “Scan with camera.” Or go to 192.168.4.1.

Choose a connection
If Ethernet is plugged in, enter nothing. Otherwise, enter your Wi-Fi details.

Green light
Within 30 seconds, the QUBE light turns solid green. The device is online in Qube.
Mounting
No drilling.
Stick it to the machine, screw it to a cabinet, or clip it onto a DIN rail.
Magnets
Neodymium, 50 kg-class hold. No drilling, no voided warranty.

Craftsmanship
